  • Regular On Site Visits
    Dedicated time for your business! Enabling strong connections and working relationships to be developed across all levels of the company. When you have a complex issue happening in your business that you are struggling to deal with alone I will be there to support you. My service would be tailored to provide the appropriate time on site to complete your HR responsibilities. That could be as little as a few hours a month or as much as a few days a week.
  • HR Action Plan
    We will have regular meetings to review your HR action plan and focus on ways to improve areas of risk within your business and make plans for achieving your medium to long term HR needs.
  • Policies and Procedures
    I will prepare and maintain a bespoke employee handbook and suite of employment contracts to suit your circumstances. I will develop, implement and maintain your HR related policies and procedures based on relevant legislation and contemporary HR practices and ensure they support your business goals and objectives and increase employee engagement and retention. Once implemented I will coach your line managers in your HR processes.

    I will liaise with line managers and employees over issues such as maternity and paternity leave. I will provide step by step advice to support you through grievance and disciplinary matters and will provide proactive advice for the management of attendance and performance issues. Where there are different courses of action available to you I will explain the different routes you could follow along with the consequences of each of those. To support the advice I provide I will draft bespoke letters and will provide guidance notes and flow charts detailing exactly what you need to do and when you need to do it.

How Much Does The Service Cost?

If your business is based in South Yorkshire, or the surrounding counties, I will act as your very own HR Manager and provide you with business critical employment law advice and HR management support across a wide range of staffing issues, leaving you free to focus on your core business activities.

I firmly believe that one size doesn’t fit all so if you are interested in appointing me as your HR Manager I will meet with you to discuss your short, medium and long term HR goals. I will provide you with an HR Action Plan that will indicate the number of hours of on-site support that will be required to bring your short term goals to a satisfactory conclusion and put solid foundations in place for those medium and long term goals. That could mean I spend a few hours every week with you or may be as little as a day a month. Over time your HR requirements will change, new priorities will emerge and sometimes there may not be very much on your HR agenda. These fluctuations will be reflected in the fees you pay.

Example
You have a number of urgent HR priorities which we agree will take 4 days of on-site support to bring them to a satisfactory conclusion. I could work with you for 1 day per fortnight initially and then reduce my site visits to 1 day per month for the following 10 months. The annual fee would be £6,720 which could be paid by monthly or quarterly direct debit.
