Fees and Contracts

Annual Contract

If you have a lot of issues on your HR agenda then an annual contract would be perfect for you.

HR support would be provided by a combination of:

• On Site Support – providing dedicated time to your business
• Remote Advice – unlimited interim support by telephone and email.

This is your HR Department and you chose how you use the time, here are some examples:

• Attendance at management meetings
• Case management of HR issues such as absences, capability, disciplinaries and grievances, with regular reports to keep you up to speed with progress
• Development of HR policies and procedures and associated documentation
• Support with recruitment campaigns
• Training

The annual subscription covers all HR work you need. So there’s no need to keep a track of hours and there will be no unexpected invoices during the course of the agreement.

To ease your budgeting the fee can be paid in monthly or quarterly installments.

Fixed Fee

For one off HR Projects I may offer to work on a fixed fee arrangement with 50% payable at the start of the project and the balance payable on successful completion. Here are some examples of common HR Projects:

Pay As You Go

Perfect if HR issues crop up relatively infrequently. If an annual contract is not for you I will agree to work for you on a specific hourly rate and will invoice you monthly in arrears for the work carried out in the previous month.
