The annual subscription covers all HR work you need. So there’s no need to keep a track of hours and there will be no unexpected invoices during the course of the agreement.
To ease your budgeting the fee can be paid in monthly or quarterly installments.

For one off HR Projects I may offer to work on a fixed fee arrangement with 50% payable at the start of the project and the balance payable on successful completion. Here are some examples of common HR Projects:

Pay As You Go
Perfect if HR issues crop up relatively infrequently. If an annual contract is not for you I will agree to work for you on a specific hourly rate and will invoice you monthly in arrears for the work carried out in the previous month.
Charities, Community Organisations, Social Enterprises and Voluntary Organisations
Charities, community organisations, social enterprises and voluntary organisations receive a discount of 10% on all prices quoted.
