We will have regular meetings to review your HR action plan and focus on ways to improve areas of risk within your business.
I will keep you and your management team up to date with employment legislation.

I will be available by telephone and email in between the scheduled on site visits.

I firmly believe that one size doesn’t fit all so if you are interested in appointing me as your HR Manager I will meet with you to discuss your short, medium and long term HR goals. I will provide you with an HR Action Plan that will indicate the number of hours of on-site support that will be required to bring your short term goals to a satisfactory conclusion and put solid foundations in place for those medium and long term goals. That could mean I spend a few hours every week with you or may be as little as a day a month. Over time your HR requirements will change, new priorities will emerge and sometimes there may not be very much on your HR agenda. These fluctuations will be reflected in the fees you pay.
You have a number of urgent HR priorities which we agree will take 4 days of on-site support to bring them to a satisfactory conclusion. I could work with you for 1 day per fortnight initially and then reduce my site visits to 1 day per month for the following 10 months. The annual fee would be £6,720 which could be paid by monthly or quarterly direct debit.
