Membership provides a dedicated contact point for you to talk through those Human Resource problems which are keeping you awake at night and enables you to make fully informed decisions that are right for your business.

Unlimited HR Advice

As a subscriber to the HR Advice service you will have unlimited access to me for support and advice with HR issues that are happening in your business such as unsatisfactory absence, instances of poor performance or misconduct, dismissals and redundancies and reorganisations.

I will provide step by step technical advice to support you through the issue you are facing. Where there are different courses of action available to you I will explain the different routes you could follow along with the consequences of each of those.

To support the advice I provide I will draft bespoke letters and will provide guidance notes and flow charts detailing exactly what you need to do and when you need to do it.

In addition to unlimited advice I will also work with you to:

  • build a bespoke HR system for your business: to include contracts of employments, employee handbook and HR policies
  • case manage your HR issues and prepare management reports and appropriate documentation
  • support you achieve your HR priorities

We will also have a regular meeting to review your HR processes and plan future HR activity.
