Remote HR Advice

The Remote HR Advice service provides a dedicated contact point for you to talk through those Human Resource problems which are keeping you awake at night and enables you to make fully informed decisions that are right for your business.

How the Remote HR Advice Service Works

As a user of the HR Advice service you will have access to me for support and advice with HR issues that are happening in your business such as:

  • An employee who is coming to the end of her 52 week maternity period has just told me she is pregnant. Is she entitled to another period of maternity leave?
  • I want to use some agency workers to get me through a peak in work load, how do the Agency Worker Regulations affect me?
  • I have a potential disciplinary situation, how should I investigate it?
  • An employee is taking regular days off for minor complaints, what can I do?
  • A relatively new employee is just not meeting my expectations, can I dismiss her?

I will provide step by step technical advice to support you through the issue you are facing. Where there are different courses of action available to you I will explain the different routes you could follow along with the consequences of each of those.

To support the advice I provide I will draft bespoke letters and will provide guidance notes and flow charts detailing exactly what you need to do and when you need to do it.

Benefits To You

The Remote HR Advice service will benefit businesses of all sizes, whether you employ 1 or 1000!

  • Provides Peace of Mind. Receiving quality HR advice when you need it will enable you to confidently deal with the HR issues you face on a daily basis.
  • Saves Money. An annual membership provides you with direct access to your own HR Manager at a fraction of the cost of employing one.
  • Saves Time. Reduces the time you are currently spending looking up laws, regulations, and procedures every time you have HR issues.

How the Service Works

If you are new to the service and want to try me out or HR issues crop up relatively infrequently then you’ll use the service as you require advice and will pay for the time you use.

If you become a regular user of the service I will offer you an annual retainer which for a fixed monthly fee will provide unlimited access to me by telephone and email.
