    We will have regular meetings to review your HR Action Plan and focus on ways to improve areas of risk within your business, for instance issues which will have a strategic, legal or employee relations impact, and make plans for achieving your medium to long term HR needs.

Who Uses The Service

Who uses the Fully Managed HR Support service?

  • Owners of growing businesses, generally with 50+ employees with no internal HR expertise.
  • HR Administrators and junior level HR Professionals in stand alone roles who want hands on support with the more complex HR matters that crop up from time to time.

How Much Does The Service Cost?

If your business is based in South Yorkshire, or the surrounding counties, I will act as your very own HR Manager and provide you with business critical employment law advice and HR management support across a wide range of staffing issues, leaving you free to focus on your core business activities.

I firmly believe that one size doesn’t fit all so if you are interested in appointing me as your HR Manager I will meet with you to discuss your short, medium and long term HR goals. I will provide you with an HR Action Plan that will indicate the number of hours of on-site support that will be required to bring your short term goals to a satisfactory conclusion and put solid foundations in place for those medium and long term goals. That could mean I spend a few hours every week with you or may be as little as a day a month. Over time your HR requirements will change, new priorities will emerge and sometimes there may not be very much on your HR agenda. These fluctuations will be reflected in the fees you pay.

You have an HR Administrator that controls your basic day to day HR activities but need hands-on support when something more complex happens. I would be available remotely to support them with decisions and would provide 1 day per month of on-site support that can be used as you need them for managing complex HR situations, attending management meetings and mentoring your HR Administrator. The monthly fee would be £335.

If you have no internal HR expertise your requirement may be for more hands-on support. I would take over control of your HR activities from recruitment to dismissal and would work with you for 1 day per fortnight. We will review the level of activity regularly and as your priorities change the level of activity may increase or decrease accordingly. Your initial monthly fee would be £620.
