Compensation Limits
Compensation Limits from 1 February 2011
The limits applicable to certain Employment Tribunal awards are increased on the 1 February each year. The new rates applicable from 1 February 2011 are as follows:

(a) The Secretary of State will change these figures annually in line with the retail prices index.
(b) Applies to dismissals where the effective date of termination falls on or after 1 February 2011.
(c) Applies to dismissals where the ‘appropriate date’ falls on or after 1 February 2011.
