Employment law is possibly one of the most complex legal areas as it changes so frequently making keeping up to date difficult.

Whilst I have a vast amount of experience in interpretting new legislation and applying a practical solution from those first principles for more complex work, such as defending an Employment Tribunal claim, I work with a number of high quality employment lawyers from across the region who have built there reputation on providing quality and clear advice.

Claire Taylor
Born and bred in Sheffield, Claire Taylor has an MA in Communication Studies and over 25 years commercial experience in a variety of sectors. She is a highly qualified clinical therapist with a successful practice.

In her corporate life, Claire designed, developed and delivered many training courses on a variety of subjects for a variety of audiences. She is an experienced manager who has been both responsible for restructuring departments and had restructuring imposed on her.

Claire is regularly asked to speak at conferences and in schools on a variety of subjects most recently; life changing decisions; the benefits and pitfalls of social media for small business; the transition between 6th Form and university life.

Simon Holshaw, MD Of KIS Safety, has 20 years experience in the Sheffield wire industry, culminating in 5 years as Commercial Director at Arcelor Mittal in charge of various departments but ultimately safety.

Following a company wide change in policy towards safety, Arcelor Mittal achieved best in group with three years zero lost time accidents results and received many visitors to the plant from the Americas and Europe to look at the work completed.
